Review platform compliance
We follow each platform's published guidelines on review solicitation:
- Google β we ask all customers (not just happy ones) and never offer incentives in exchange for reviews.
- Yelp β we do not solicit Yelp reviews (against Yelp's policy). We monitor and respond to existing Yelp reviews.
- TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, BBB, industry-specific sites β we follow each platform's specific solicitation rules.
No fake reviews β ever
We do help you flag obviously fake negative reviews on your profile via Google's official dispute process. Real customers, real reviews.
Multi-location pricing
Base price includes up to 3 locations. Each additional location is billed at a flat add-on of $99/mo (Β£85 / CA$129 / A$139). Multi-location dashboards consolidate all locations into one view at no extra cost.
Customer data
To trigger review requests, we need access to your customer contact list (phone or email). You confirm you have lawful basis to share that data with us and to send marketing messages to those customers under applicable law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, Spam Act).
We process customer contact data only for review-request automation. We don't reuse it across clients. Data is deleted within 90 days of cancellation.
Minimum term & billing
3-month minimum. Then month-to-month, cancel any time. Billing runs monthly via Stripe in your local currency.
Your responsibilities
- Add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile;
- Provide customer contact data (or connect your booking/POS system);
- Approve any responses we draft that involve sensitive incidents;
- Don't ask us to remove legitimate negative reviews β we'll respond, not erase.
Cancellation
After the 3-month minimum, cancel any time. All assets (your GBP, your reviews, your newsroom dashboards) stay with you. Standard refund eligibility per the Refund Policy.
