Marcus spent twelve years in main-dealer EV programmes before founding Precision Diagnostics. His philosophy is simple: measure everything, assume nothing, and never replace a part you can't prove is faulty.

Our four-strong team holds IMI Level 4 high-voltage qualifications and trains on new platforms every quarter — because the cars keep changing, and so do we.
